This list covers special investment products structured to give the holder an equity interest in an underlying common stock alongside an income component. Purchase contracts, equity units and similar stapled structures fall into this group.
The common thread is that you are contracting to acquire shares at a future date while collecting a payment in the meantime — a different proposition from simply owning the stock.

In most of these structures the purchase is not optional. On settlement you acquire the shares at a price set by a formula, regardless of where the stock has gone. The income you collected is compensation for accepting that obligation.
This makes them closer in spirit to the mandatory convertibles on our income lists than to an ordinary preferred stock, and they should be evaluated the same way: only buy if you would be content owning the underlying shares at settlement.
Most use a variable ratio with upper and lower thresholds, giving you full downside exposure, capped upside, and a high income rate in between. The thresholds, the settlement date and any early-settlement rights are all in the prospectus linked from each security's page.
QuantumOnline has tracked exchange-traded income securities since 1997. Every security in this list is researched and maintained by hand from the issuer's prospectus and SEC filings, not scraped from a vendor feed. Where a figure is unavailable we show "n.a." rather than guessing.
Information is believed to be accurate but is not guaranteed, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell. Always confirm terms against the issuer's prospectus before investing.
