Convertible debt securities combine an exchange-traded bond with a conversion right. They pay interest, carry a stated maturity on which principal is repaid, and let the holder exchange the security for a fixed number of the issuer's common shares. This list covers the convertible debt QuantumOnline tracks.
Relative to a convertible preferred, the debt version sits higher in the capital structure and has a firm repayment date — a meaningfully more defensive way to hold the same conversion option.

Because these are notes rather than stock, payments are contractual obligations and holders rank ahead of all preferred and common equity. If the conversion right expires worthless, you still hold a bond that matures at par.
That combination — bond floor, equity upside — is the classic convertible profile, and the maturity date makes the floor firmer than a perpetual convertible preferred's.
Distributions are interest, taxed at ordinary rates, and never qualify for the qualified-dividend rate. Compare after-tax income when weighing one of these against a qualified convertible preferred.
Most convertible debt is callable before maturity, and issuers call to force conversion once the conversion value exceeds the call price. Both dates are on each security's detail page along with the conversion terms.
QuantumOnline has tracked exchange-traded income securities since 1997. Every security in this list is researched and maintained by hand from the issuer's prospectus and SEC filings, not scraped from a vendor feed. Where a figure is unavailable we show "n.a." rather than guessing.
Information is believed to be accurate but is not guaranteed, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell. Always confirm terms against the issuer's prospectus before investing.
