Fund Description: SPDR SSGA US Sector Rotation ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund or Actively Managed ETF which is a separate investment portfolio of the SSGA Active Trust, an open-end investment management company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The SPDR SSGA US Sector Rotation ETF seeks to provide capital appreciation. The Fund is an actively managed ETF and thus, does not seek to replicate the performance of a specific index, but rather uses an active investment strategy to meet its investment objective, however, an actively managed ETF may have an index-based benchmark. Accordingly, the ETF’s investment advisor has discretion on a daily basis to actively manage the Fund’s portfolio in accordance with the Fund’s investment objective and investment policies. FUND STRATEGY: The Fund is a fund of funds, meaning that it primarily invests its assets in securities of other exchange-traded funds (ETFs). In particular, the Fund allocates its assets among ETFs that each focus on common stocks of companies included in an individual sector of the S&P 500 Index. The Equity Sectors include: communication services, consumer discretionary, consumer staples, energy, financials, healthcare, industrials, materials, real estate, information technology and utilities and may change over time. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of borrowings for investments purposes) directly or indirectly through the underlying ETFs, in securities of U.S. companies. FUND MANAGEMENT: SSGA FM serves as the investment adviser to the Fund.
