Business: WSP Holdings develops and manufactures seamless Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG), including seamless casing, tubing and drill pipes used for on-shore and off-shore oil and gas exploration, drilling and extraction, and other pipes and connectors. Founded as WSP China in 1999, the Company offers a wide range of API and non-API seamless OCTG products, including products that are used in extreme drilling and extraction conditions. Notes: Aug. 18, 2014 -- WSP Holdings Limited (NYSE: WH) announced today that on July 18, 2014, the Company has received a notice from NYSE Regulation, Inc. of failure to satisfy continued listing standards because the average closing price of the Company's American Depositary Shares (ADSs) was less than $1.00 per ADS over a consecutive 30-trading-day period. On 9/16/2014 the company will delist from the NYSE and begin trading on the OTC-Other Markets under WSHLY.
