The combination was approved by GS Acquisition Holdings Corp shareholders on February 6, 2020. GS Acquisition Holdings Corp has been renamed Vertiv Holdings Co and is expected to trade on the New York Stock Exchange beginning on Monday, February 10, 2020 (NYSE: VRT, VERT.U, VRT.WS).
