INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: Vanguard Russell 1000 Growth ETF seeks to track the performance of the Russell 1000 Growth Index. INDEX DESCRIPTION: The Russell 1000 Growth Index is a broadly diversified Index which is designed to measure the performance of large-capitalization growth stocks in the United States. FUND STRATEGY: The Fund employs a passive management or indexing investment approach designed to track the performance of the Index.
