(the “Company”) (Nasdaq: ONVO) today announced that it filed a certificate of second amendment to its certificate of incorporation with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware to effect a 1-for-20 reverse stock split of its common stock. The shares underlying the Company’s outstanding options and restricted stock unit awards will also be adjusted accordingly.
