Fund Description: Invesco Russell 1000 Low Beta Equal Weight ETF, formerly PowerShares Russell 1000 Low Beta Equal Weight Portfolio is an exchange-traded index fund or Index ETF which is a separate portfolio of the Invesco Exchange-Traded Fund Trust II, formerly PowerShares Exchange-Traded Fund Trust II, an open-end investment management company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The Invesco Russell 1000 Low Beta Equal Weight ETF seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield, before fees and expenses, of the Russell 1000 Low Beta Equal Weight Index. INDEX DESCRIPTION: The Russell 1000 Low Beta Equal Weight Index is designed to provide exposure to constituents of the Russell 1000 Index (the Russell 1000) that exhibit low beta characteristics. The Russell 1000 is designed to measure the performance of the U.S. equity market, and consists of the stocks of the largest 1,000 companies by capitalization in the U.S. Beta is a measure of a security’s price sensitivity (i.e., volatility); it reflects the rate of change in a security’s price that results from overall market movements. Securities with a beta score of less than that of the overall U.S. equity market average (that is, securities whose price changes exhibit less volatility than the average amount of volatility in the market) are eligible for inclusion in the Index. The Index is equally weighted. FUND STRATEGY: The Fund generally invests in all of the securities comprising the Index in proportion to their weighting in the Index.
