(NASDAQ:RTRX), (formerly OTCQB:RTRX), today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 4,705,882 shares of its common stock, offered at a price of $8.50 per share. The gross proceeds from this offering, before underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $40,000,000. The offering is expected to close on or about January 15, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions. Retrophin also granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase 705,882 additional shares of its common stock. In connection with this offering, the Company received approval to list its common stock on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol RTRX.
