PowerShares Treasury Collateral Portfolio
Fund Description: Invesco Treasury Collateral ETF, formerly PowerShares Treasury Collateral Portfolio is an exchange-traded index fund or a non-diversified index ETF which is a separate portfolio of the Invesco Exchange-Traded Fund Trust II, formerly PowerShares Exchange-Traded Fund Trust II, an open-end investment management company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The Invesco Treasury Collateral ETF seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield, before fees and expenses, of the ICE U.S. Treasury Short Bond Index. INDEX DESCRIPTION: The ICE U.S. Treasury Short Bond Index is designed to measure the performance of U.S. Treasury Obligations with a maximum remaining maturity of 12 months. U.S. Treasury Obligations refer to securities issued or guaranteed by the U.S. Treasury where the payment of principal and interest is backed by the full faith and credit of the U.S. government. They include U.S. Treasury notes, U.S. Treasury bills and U.S. Treasury floating rate bonds. Thr Index includes all publicly-issued, non-convertible U.S. Treasury Obligations that: (i) are issued in U.S. dollars, (ii) have a minimum remaining maturity of at least one month and a maximum remaining maturity of 12 months at the time of rebalance, and (iii) have a minimum amount outstanding of $300 million. The Index excludes inflation-linked securities, floating rate notes, cash management bills, and any government agency debt issued with or without a government guarantee. The Index uses a market capitalization-weighted methodology. Interactive Data Pricing and Reference Data LLC (the Index Provider) rebalances the Index at the end of each month. FUND STRATEGY: The Fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in the components of the Index. The Fund does not purchase all of the securities in the Index; instead, the Fund utilizes a sampling methodology to seek to achieve its investment objective. Sampling is an indexing strategy in which the Fund invests in a selected sample of component securities within the Index that, collectively, has an investment profile similar to that of the Index as a whole. FUND MANAGEMENT: Invesco Capital Management LLC serves as the investment adviser to the Fund.
