Notes: July 13, 2023 -- Stryve Foods, Inc. iled a First Certificate of Amendment to its First Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation (the “Certificate”) to be effective as of 12:01 a.m. EST on July 14, 2023 authorizing a 1-for-15 reverse stock split of the issued and outstanding shares of Class A and V common stock .The Reverse Stock Split will become effective at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on July 14, 2023, and will be reflected with NASDAQ and in the marketplace at the open of business on July 14, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), whereupon the shares of Class A common stock began trading on a split-adjusted basis. In connection with the Reverse Stock Split, the Company’s shares of Class A common stock will continue to trade on NASDAQ under the symbol “SNAX” but will trade under a new CUSIP Number: 863685202.
