Fund Description: Janus SG Global Quality Income ETF is a diversified exchange-traded index fund or Index ETF which is a separate investment portfolio of the Janus Detroit Street Trust, an open-end investment management company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The Janus SG Global Quality Income ETF seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the SGI Global Quality Income Index. INDEX DESCRIPTION: The SGI Global Quality Income Index is designed to track the performance of quality companies with attractive and sustainable dividends. The Index applies a rules-based approach to assessing companies on a range of factors, including return on assets, debt ratios, gross margin, profitability, balance sheet strength and credit metrics. It seeks to determine those with the financial fundamentals and sustainable business models necessary to provide income through a reliable stream of dividends. FUND STRATEGY: The Fund pursues its investment objective by normally investing at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in the securities that comprise the Index. The Fund seeks to invest in quality, non-financial companies in developed countries with a free-float-adjusted market capitalization that is at least $3 billion and a dividend yield of four percent or more.
