Fund Description: Oppenheimer S&P 500 Revenue ETF, formerly Oppenheimer Large Cap Revenue ETF, formerly RevenueShares Large Cap Fund, is an exchange-traded index fund or Index ETF which is a separate investment portfolio of the Oppenheimer Revenue Weighted ETF Trust, formerly RevenueShares ETF Trust, an open-end investment management company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The Oppenheimer S&P 500 Revenue ETF seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the S&P 500 Revenue-Weighted Index, formerly OFI Revenue Weighted Large Cap Index. INDEX DESCRIPTION: The S&P 500 Revenue-Weighted Index is constructed using a rules-based methodology that starts with the S&P 900 Index (the Parent Index). The Index is reconstituted and rebalanced quarterly according to dividend yields and revenue weightings. The Index thus contains a subset of the securities in the Parent Index, in different proportions. The Index is expected to contain between 55 and 65 securities, but this number may change. FUND STRATEGY: The Fund normally will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in the securities of large capitalization companies included in the index.
