Notes: June 16, 2014 -- After the close of business on Friday, June 13, 2014, Cohen & Steers Dividend Majors Fund, Inc. (NYSE:DVM) completed its reorganization and merger with and into Cohen & Steers Total Return Realty Fund, Inc. (RFI). In the Reorganization, RFI acquired substantially all of the assets and liabilities of DVM in a tax-free transaction in exchange for an equal aggregate value of newly issued common shares of RFI. DVM distributed the common shares of RFI (and cash in lieu of fractional shares) to its common shareholders in an amount equal to the aggregate net asset value of DVM common shares as determined at the close of business on June 13, 2014.
