Business: Reddy Ice Holdings, Inc. is the largest manufacturer and distributor of packaged ice in the United States. Notes: December 21, 2011 --- NYSE Regulation, Inc. announced today that it determined that the common stock of Reddy Ice Holdings, Inc. ticker symbol FRZ should be suspended prior to the market opening on Thursday, December 29, 2011. NYSE Regulation has determined that the Company is no longer suitable for listing view of the fact that it has fallen below the NYSE’s continued listing standard regarding average global market capitalization over a consecutive 30 trading day period of less than $15 million, which is a minimum threshold for listing. The Company expects to commence trading on the over-the-counter (OTC) market that same day under symbol RDDC.
