Fund Description: Pimco Strategic Income Fund, Inc., formerly PIMCO Strategic Global Government Fund, is an exchange-traded closed-end intermediate-term bond fund or a closed-end ETF which is officially described in its prospectus as a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The Pimco Strategic Income Fund, Inc. seeks to generate over time a level of income higher than that generated by high-quality, intermediate-term U.S. debt securities. As a secondary objective, RCS seeks to maintain volatility in the net asset value of the shares of the Fund comparable to that of high quality, intermediate term U.S. debt securities. In addition, the Fund seeks capital appreciation to the extent consistent with its other investment objectives. FUND STRATEGY: The Fund attempts to achieve this objective by investing principally in investment-grade government securities of the United States and other countries.
