Fund Description: The index, as designed, has two components: (i) a Nasdaq-100 component and (ii) a dividend component consisting of long positions in annual futures contracts that provide exposure to ordinary dividends paid on the common stocks of companies included in the Nasdaq-100® Index. The Advisor attempts to invest all, or substantially all, of its assets in the component securities that make up the index. The fund is non-diversified.
