Cellect concurrently completed the sale of the Company’s subsidiary, Cellect Biotherapeutics Ltd, to EnCellX, Inc., a privately held company based in San Diego, CA. Following the completion of the Merger, the Company was renamed Quoin Pharmaceuticals, Ltd., and will begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “QNRX” at the open of the market on October 29, 2021.
