Business: Paramount Gold Nevada Corp. is a U.S. domiciled exploration and development company. Paramount owns 100% of the Grassy Mountain Gold Project which consists of approximately 11,000 acres located on private and BLM land in Malheur County, Oregon and a 100% interest in the Sleeper Gold Project located in Northern Nevada.
Notes: Paramount Gold Nevada is the successor to Paramount Gold and Silver Corp. which merged with Coeur Mining on April 17, 2015. In the merger, Coeur issued its shares to acquire Paramount Gold and Silver Corp. in order to obtain its Mexican assets and spun out Paramount Gold and Silver’s Nevada assets, including the famed Sleeper Gold Project, along with $10 million in cash, thereby giving birth to Paramount Gold Nevada Corp.
