Fund Description: The Invesco Aerospace & Defense ETF, formerly PowerShares Aerospace & Defense Portfolio, is an exchange-traded index fund or index ETF which is a separate portfolio of the Invesco Exchange-Traded Fund Trust, a registered investment company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The Invesco Aerospace & Defense ETF seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Fund's fees and expenses) of the SPADE Defense Index. INDEX DESCRIPTION: The SPADE Defense Index is comprised of approximately 50 U.S. companies whose shares are listed on a U.S. Exchange. These are companies that are principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture, operation and support of defense, military, homeland security and space operations. These may include, for example, companies that provide the following products or services: defense electronics, aircraft, naval vessels, missiles, spacecraft and launch vehicles, ground vehicles, communications, sensors, information technology and network centric warfare, unmanned vehicles, satellite-based services and ground-based equipment and electronics. Stocks are identified by ISBC, LLC. The Fund will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in common stocks of aerospace and defense companies. FUND STRATEGY: The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the SPADE Defense Index. The Fund, using an "indexing" investment approach, attempts to replicate, before expenses, the performance of the SPADE Defense Index. The Fund generally will invest in the stocks comprising the SPADE Defense Index in proportion to their weightings in the SPADE Defense Index. However, under various circumstances, it may not be possible or practicable to purchase all of those stocks In those weightings. In those circumstances, the Fund may purchase a sample of stocks in the SPADE Defense Index as a whole. There may also be instances in which the Adviser may choose to overweight another stock in the SPADE Defense Index, purchase securities not in the SPADE Defense Index which the Adviser believes are appropriate to substitute for certain securities in the SPADE Defense Index or utilize various combinations of other available investment techniques, in seeking to track accurately the SPADE Defense Index.
