Fund Description: Invesco NASDAQ Internet ETF, formerly PowerShares NASDAQ Internet Portfolio is an exchange-traded index fund or Index ETF which is a separate investment portfolio of the Invesco Exchange-Traded Fund Trust, formerly PowerShares Exchange-Traded Fund Trust, an open-ended investment management company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: Invesco NASDAQ Internet ETF seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield, before the Fund's fees and expenses, of an equity index called the NASDAQ Internet Index. INDEX DESCRIPTION: The NASDAQ Internet Index is a modified market-capitalization weighted index designed to track the performance of the largest and most liquid U.S.-listed companies engaged in internet-related businesses and that are listed on one of the three major U.S. stock exchanges. Companies in the Index include U.S. internet software and services companies, such as companies that are involved in internet-related services, including internet software, website services and e-commerce. The security types eligible for inclusion in the Index include foreign or domestic common stocks, ordinary shares, American depositary receipts, shares of beneficial interest or limited partnership interests, and tracking stocks. FUND STRATEGY: The Fund will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in common stocks of internet companies. The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Fund, using an indexing investment approach, attempts to replicate, before fees and expenses, the performance of the Index. The Fund generally will invest in the stocks comprising the Index in proportion to their weightings in the Index. However, under various circumstances, it may not be possible or practicable to purchase all of those stocks in those weightings. In those circumstances, the Fund may purchase a sample of stocks in the Index. There may also be instances in which the Adviser may choose to overweight another stock in the Index, purchase securities not in the Index which is believed appropriate to substitute for certain securities in the Index or utilize various combinations of other available investment techniques, in seeking to track the Index. The Fund may sell stocks that are represented in the Index in anticipation of their removal from the Index or purchase stocks not represented in the Index in anticipation of their addition to the Index. FUND MANAGEMENT: Invesco Capital Management LLC serves as the investment adviser to the Fund.
