Fund Description: Invesco Dynamic Pharmaceuticals ETF, formerly PowerShares Dynamic Pharmaceuticals Portfolio is an exchange-traded index fund or index ETF which is a separate portfolio of the Invesco Exchange-Traded Fund Trust, formerly PowerShares Exchange-Traded Fund Trust, an open-end investment management company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The Invesco Dynamic Pharmaceuticals ETF seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Dynamic Pharmaceuticals Intellidex Index (AMEX ticker symbols: Index: DZR, Intraday NAV: AJT). The Fund will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in common stocks of pharmaceutical companies. The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Pharmaceuticals Intellidex. The Adviser will seek to match the performance of the Underlying Sector Intellidex. The Pharmaceuticals Intellidex is comprised of stocks of 30 U.S. pharmaceuticals companies. These are companies that are principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture, sale or distribution of pharmaceuticals and drugs of all types. These companies may include, for example, pharmaceutical companies and other companies involved in the research, development, manufacture, sale or distribution of drugs, including companies that facilitate the testing or regulatory approval of drugs.
