Fund Description: Invesco DWA Emerging Markets Momentum ETF, formerly PowerShares DWA Emerging Markets Momentum Portfolio, formerly PowerShares DWA Emerging Markets Technical Leaders Portfolio, is an exchange-traded index fund or Index ETF which is a separate investment portfolio of the Invesco Exchange-Traded Fund Trust II, formerly PowerShares Exchange-Traded Fund Trust II, an open-end investment management company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The Invesco DWA Emerging Markets Momentum ETF seeks investment results that correspond, before fees and expenses, generally to the price and yield performance of the Dorsey Wright Emerging Markets Technical Leaders Index. INDEX DESCRIPTION: The Dorsey Wright Emerging Markets Technical Leaders Index is comprised of equity securities from countries deemed to have emerging economies, selected pursuant to a proprietary selection methodology designed to identify companies that demonstrate powerful relative strength characteristics. Relative strength characteristics are based upon each security's market performance. The Index includes approximately 100 companies that possess powerful relative strength characteristics and are domiciled in emerging market countries including, but not limited to Argentina, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Czech Republic, Egypt, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Russia, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand and Turkey. The Index is computed using the net return, which withholds applicable taxes for non-resident investors. FUND STRATEGY: The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the Index and ADRs and GDRs based on the securities in the Index. The Fund anticipates that the majority of its investments will be in the securities that comprise the Index rather than in ADRs and GDRs. The Fund will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in securities of emerging economies within the classification definition, excluding companies listed on a U.S. stock exchange. The Fund will invest 25% or more of the value of its total assets in securities of issuers in an industry or group of industries to the extent that the Index concentrates in an industry or group of industries. FUND MANAGEMENT: Invesco Capital Management LLC serves as the investment adviser to the Fund.
