Fund Description: Invesco Water Resources ETF, formerly PowerShares Water Resources Portfolio is an exchange-traded index fund or index ETF which is a separate portfolio of the Invesco Exchange-Traded Fund Trust, formerly PowerShares Exchange-Traded Fund Trust, an open-end investment management company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The Invesco Water Resources ETF seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield, before fees and expenses, of the NASDAQ OMX US Water Index, formerly the Palisades Water Index. INDEX DESCRIPTION: The NASDAQ OMX US Water Index seeks to track the performance of U.S. exchange-listed companies that create products designed to conserve and purify water for homes, businesses and industries. The Index was created by, and is a trademark of, NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. (the Index Provider). FUND STRATEGY: The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the Index and in ADRs and GDRs that are based on the securities in the Index. The Fund uses an indexing investment approach to attempt to replicate, before fees and expenses, the performance of the Index. Generally, the Fund invests in all of the securities comprising the Index in proportion to the weightings of the securities in the Index. However, under various circumstances, it may not be possible or practicable to purchase all of those securities in those same weightings.
