Fund Description: Invesco PureBeta FTSE Developed ex-North America ETF, formerly PowerShares PureBeta FTSE Developed ex-North America Portfolio is an exchange-traded index fund or Index ETF which is a separate portfolio of the Invesco Exchange-Traded Fund Trust II, formerly PowerShares Exchange-Traded Fund Trust II, an open-end investment management company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The Invesco PureBeta FTSE Developed ex-North America ETF seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield, before fees and expenses, of the FTSE Developed ex North America Index. INDEX DESCRIPTION: The FTSE Developed ex North America Index is designed to measure the performance of the large- and mid-capitalization segments of equity markets of countries around the world, excluding the United States and Canada. FUND STRATEGY: The Fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index, as well as American depositary receipts (ADRs) and global depositary receipts (GDRs) that are based on the securities in the Index. The Fund generally invests in all of the securities comprising its Index in proportion to their weightings in the Index. The Fund is non-diversified.
