Notes: As of Tuesday October 11th, 2016 the Ottawa Savings Bank Stock completed its conversion from a mutual holding company to a stock holding company and the common stock has commenced trading on the NASDAQ under the symbol OTTW on Wednesday October 12th. Upon completion of the Conversion, the Company became the holding company for Ottawa Savings Bank. A total of 2,383,950 shares of common stock were sold in the subscription and community offerings at a price of $10.00 per share. Direct Registration System (DRS) statements reflecting shares purchased in the offering, interest and refund checks were mailed on October 12th. As part of the conversion/restructuring, each share of former Ottawa Savings Bancorp’s common stock held by public shareholders at the time of closing has been converted into the right to receive 1.1921 shares of new Ottawa Bancorp, Inc.
