Fund Description: Opus Small Cap Value Plus ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund or Actively Managed ETF which is a separate investment portfolio of the ETF Series Solutions, an open-end investment management company. The Fund is an actively managed ETF and thus, does not seek to replicate the performance of a specific index, but rather uses an active investment strategy to meet its investment objective, however, an actively managed ETF may have an index-based benchmark. Accordingly, the ETF’s investment uub-advisor, has discretion on a daily basis to actively manage the Fund’s portfolio in accordance with the Fund’s investment objective and investment policies. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The Opus Small Cap Value Plus ETF seeks capital appreciation. FUND STRATEGY: The Fund invests under normal circumstances at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of small-capitalization U.S. companies. The Fund defines a small-capitalization company as an issuer whose market capitalization at the time of purchase is in the range of those found in the Russell 2000 Index. The Fund’s sub-adviser selects stocks across a variety of sectors and industries for the Fund by combining factor-based analysis with rigorous fundamental research to identify high-quality, growing companies that the sub-adviser believes are undervalued. The sub-adviser focuses on three core themes to identify companies for the Fund: Higher Quality, Higher Growth and Lower Valuation. The Fund’s sub-adviser generally sells a stock for the Fund when the company is no longer believed to be high quality, when its anticipated growth rate has significantly declined, when it is no longer considered undervalued, or when it is no longer considered a small-capitalization company after a significant period of time. The Fund will primarily invest in common stocks and real estate investment trusts (REITs). FUND MANAGEMENT: Aptus Capital Advisors, LLC serves as the adviser to the Fund. Opus Capital Group, LLC, doing business as Opus Capital Management serves as the sub-advisor.
