Notes: December 24, 2015 - As previously announced, Nomad Foods Ltd. has determined to transfer its listing from the London Stock Exchange (the LSE) to the NYSE. The NYSE has approved the Company's listing. Therefore, the last day of trading on the LSE is expected to be January 11, 2016. When issued trading is expected to begin on the NYSE on January 5, 2016 and regular-way trading is expected to begin on the NYSE on January 12, 2016. The Shares will trade on the NYSE under the new ticker symbol NOMD.
