Business: Hawaiian Macadamia Nut Orchards, L.P. is one of the world’s largest growers of macadamia nuts, with over 5,100 acres of orchards on the island of Hawaii. They process nuts-in-shell into macadamia kernel and market the nuts in bulk form. On March 14, 2018, they sold their brands, including the Royal Hawaiian Orchards brand, and snack business to MacFarms LLC. On June 20, 2018, they filed Form 15 with the SEC to terminate the registration of the Units under Section 12(g) of the Exchange Act and they now are a private partnership.
