Business: Maxcom Telecomunicaciones, S.A.B. de C.V. is an integrated telecommunication services operator providing widespread voice and data services to residential and small- and medium -sized business customers in four metropolitan markets in Mexico and selected service in other markets. Since their inception in 1996, the Company targeted the residential and business customer segments which they believe has been underserved by the local telephone incumbent and other competing telecommunications providers. Maxcom provides, individually, and in bundles, a wide range of services including local and long-distance voice, data, high speed, dedicated and dial-up Internet access, public telephony, Voice over Internet Protocol telephony and paid TV. The Company also offers mobile voice service through resale and capacity leasing agreements with third parties.
