Non-cumulative Class A Shares, Series 2, liquidation preference $25 Canadian dollars per share, redeemable at the issuer's option on or after 03/19/2011 at $26 Canadian dollars per share plus declared and unpaid dividends, and with no stated maturity. <p> Non-cumulative distributions of 4.65% per annum ($1.1625 Canadian dollars per annum or $0.290623 Canadian dollars per quarter) will be paid quarterly on 3/19, 6/19, 9/19 & 12/19 to holders of record on the record date fixed by the board, prior to the payment date (NOTE: the ex-dividend date is one business day prior to the record date).
