Fund Description: MFS Multimarket Income Trust is an exchange-traded closed-end fund or a closed-end ETF which is officially described as a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The Fund's investment objective is to provide a high level of current income. FUND STRATEGY: The Fund seeks to meet its investment objective by allocating portfolio assets among various categories of fixed-income securities. Investments include U.S. government bonds, international bonds, high-grade and high-yield corporate bonds, and emerging market bonds. FUND MANAGEMENT: Massachusetts Financial Services Company (“MFS”) is the investment advisor of the Fund and also provides administrative and other services to the Fund.
