Business: Microbot, which was founded in 2010 and commenced operations in 2011, became a NASDAQ listed company on November 28, 2016. Notes: From the form 8-K filed with the SEC on 9/4/18 -- On September 4, 2018, as approved by the stockholders of Microbot Medical Inc. at the annual meeting of the Company’s stockholders held on September 4, 2018, the Company filed a Certificate of Amendment to its Restated Certificate of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware to effect a one-for-15 reverse stock split of the Company’s common stock. As a result of the reverse stock split, every 15 shares of the Company’s old common stock will be converted into one share of the Company’s new common stock.
