Notes: April 15, 2016 -- At a special meeting of shareholders held on April 11, 2016, shareholders of Liberty Media Corporation (LMCA, LMCB, LMCK) approved proposals to reclassify and exchange their existing common stock for newly issued shares of three new tracking stocks to be designated Liberty SiriusXM common stock, Liberty Braves common stock, and Liberty Media common stock. Current holders of common stock will receive one newly issued share of the corresponding series of Liberty SiriusXM common stock, 0.1 of a newly issued share of the corresponding series of Liberty Braves common stock, and 0.25 of a newly issued share of the corresponding series of Liberty Media common stock. The plan of reclassification and exchange will become effective on Monday, April 18, 2016. As a result, the current three series of common stock will be suspended on that date and the new corresponding series of the tracking stocks will be listed on Nasdaq (with the exception of the Liberty Braves series B common stock and the Liberty Media series B common stock, which are both expected to trade on the OTC Market under the symbols BATRB and LMCB)_.___________________January 11, 2013 -- Liberty Media Corporation (Nasdaq: former LMCAV, former LMCBV, LMCAD, LMCBD) and Starz (Nasdaq: STRZA, STRZB) announced the completion of the spin-off of Liberty from Starz today. As a result, Liberty and Starz are now separate publicly traded companies. As announced earlier, in connection with the Spin-Off, Liberty changed its name from Liberty Spinco, Inc. to Liberty Media Corporation, and Starz changed its name from Liberty Media Corporation to Starz. Both companies will begin trading regular way on The Nasdaq Stock Market, under the symbols listed above, on Monday, January 14, 2013.
