Fund Description: Lazard Global Total Return and Income Fund is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return, consisting of capital appreciation and income. The Fund will pursue its investment objective through a combination of two separate investment strategies that the Investment Manager has employed on behalf of private advisory or other accounts: a global equity strategy (since 1989) and an emerging income strategy (since 1995). The Investment Manager will seek to invest substantially all of the Fund’s Net Assets using the global equity strategy. The Investment Manager also will seek to obtain exposure to emerging market currencies using the emerging income strategy, but will limit such strategy to 331/3% or less of the Fund’s Total Leveraged Assets. Lazard Asset Management LLC is responsible for managing the Fund's portfolio.
