Fund Description: iShares U.S. Financial Services ETF, formerly iShares Dow Jones U.S. Financial Services Index Fund, is an exchange-traded index fund or Index ETF which is a separate investment portfolio of the iShares Trust, an open-end investment management company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The iShares U.S. Financial Services ETF seeks investment results that correspond to the performance of the financial services segment of U.S. equities as reflected by the Dow Jones U.S. Financial Services Index. INDEX DESCRIPTION: The Dow Jones U.S. Financial Services Index is a subset of the Dow Jones U.S. Financials Index. The Index is capitalization-weighted and includes only companies in the real estate and general finance sectors of the Dow Jones U.S. Financial Services Index. FUND STRATEGY: The Fund pays out dividends to investors at least annually and may pay them on a more frequent basis. The Fund distributes its net capital gains, if any, to investors annually. FUND MANAGEMENT: BlackRock Fund Advisors (BFA) serve as the investment advisor to the Fund.
