Fund Description: iShares U.S. Consumer Services ETF, formerly iShares Dow Jones U.S. Consumer Services Sector Index Fund, is an exchange-traded index fund or Index ETF which is a separate investment portfolio of the iShares Trust, an open-end investment management company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The iShares U.S. Consumer Services ETF seeks investment results that correspond to the performance of U.S. consumer services stocks as reflected by the Dow Jones U.S. Consumer Services Sector Index. INDEX DESCRIPTION: The Dow Jones U.S. Consumer Services Index is a subset of the Dow Jones U.S. Total Market Index. The Index is capitalization-weighted and includes only companies in the consumer services industry of the Dow Jones U.S. Total Market Index. The component stocks are weighted according to the total market value of their outstanding shares. FUND STRATEGY: The Fund pays out dividends to investors at least annually and may pay them on a more frequent basis. The Fund distributes its net capital gains, if any, to investors annually. FUND MANAGEMENT: BlackRock Fund Advisors (BFA) serves as the investment adviser to the Fund.
