Fund Description: Invesco Quality Municipal Income Trust, formerly the Morgan Stanley Quality Municipal Income Trust, is an exchange-traded closed-end fund or a closed-end ETF that is officially described as a diversified, closed-end management investment company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The Invesco Quality Municipal Income Trust seeks to provide current income which is exempt from federal income tax. TRUST STRATEGY: The Trust invests primarily in a diversified portfolio of investment grade tax-exempt municipal securities. The Trust seeks to achieve the investment objective by investing primarily in municipal obligations that are rated investment grade by at least one nationally recognized statistical rating organization. Municipal obligations include municipal bonds, municipal notes and municipal commercial paper. The Trust may also invest in taxable investment grade securities. TRUST MANAGEMENT: Invesco Advisers, Inc. serves as the investment advisor to the Trust.
