Fund Description: Insight Select Income Fund, formerly Cutwater Select Income Fund, formerly the Rivus Bond Fund, formerly the 1838 Bond-Debenture Trading Fund, is an exchange-traded closed-end fund (CEF) or a closed-end ETF that is officially described as a diversified, closed-end management investment company. <p> INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The Insight Select Income Fund seeks to generate a high rate of return from interest income and trading activity. The Fund will also seek capital appreciation. <p> FUND STRATEGY: The Fund intends to reach its investment objective by purchasing debt securities at prices that Cutwater believes are below their intrinsic value. The Fund will also look to benefit from trading securities to optimize the risk adjusted yields. Under normal circumstances, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in debt securities. The Fund may invest up to 25% of its assets in below investment grade securities (also known as junk bonds), and may borrow funds to purchase securities. For historical reasons, the Fund will invest at least 10%, but not more than 25%, of its assets in securities of issuers in the electric utility industry. <p> FUND MANAGEMENT: Cutwater Investor Services Corp. serves as the investment advisor to the Fund.
