Notes: Feb 21, 2020 -- International General Insurance Holdings Limited (“IGI” or the “Company”) today announced that the registration statement on Form F-4 filed with Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) was declared effective by the SEC on February 20, 2020. The registration statement was filed in connection with the previously announced business combination between IGI and Tiberius Acquisition Corp (“Tiberius”), a US-based publicly traded special purpose acquisition company. IGI intends to close the business combination with Tiberius within two business days upon satisfaction of the requisite closing conditions and approvals contained in the Business Combination Agreement.
