PowerShares S&P International Developed Momentum Portfolio
Fund Description: Invesco S&P International Developed Momentum ETF, formerly PowerShares S&P International Developed Momentum Portfolio, formerly PowerShares S&P International Developed High Beta Portfolio is an exchange-traded index fund or Index ETF which is a separate portfolio of the Invesco Exchange-Traded Fund Trust II, formerly PowerShares Exchange-Traded Fund Trust II, an open-end investment management company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The Invesco S&P International Developed Momentum ETF seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield, before fees and expenses, of the S&P Momentum Developed ex U.S. & South Korea LargeMidCap Index. INDEX DESCRIPTION: The S&P Momentum Developed ex U.S. & South Korea LargeMidCap Index uses a modified market capitalization-weighted strategy, as the Index Provider weights component securities by multiplying their market capitalization and their momentum score. The Index is composed of constituents of the S&P Developed ex-U.S. & South Korea LargeMidCap Index (the Developed ex-U.S. & South Korea Index) that have the highest momentum score. In general, momentum is the tendency of an investment to exhibit persistence in its relative performance; a momentum style of investing emphasizes investing in securities that have had better recent performance compared to other securities. The momentum score for each security included in the Index is based on upward price movements of the security as compared to other eligible securities within the Developed ex-U.S. & South Korea Index. The Developed ex-U.S. & South Korea Index is composed of stocks that represent the top 85% of float-adjusted market capitalization companies in each developed country (excluding the United States and South Korea) represented in that index. The Index included stocks from the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom which may change over time. FUND STRATEGY: The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Fund, using an indexing investment approach, attempts to replicate, before expenses, the performance of the Index. The Fund generally will invest in the stocks comprising the Index in proportion to their weightings in the Index. The Fund does not purchase all of the securities in the Index. Instead, the Fund utilizes a sampling methodology in seeking to achieve its investment objective. Sampling means that the Adviser uses quantitative analysis to select securities to obtain a representative sample of securities that resemble the Index in terms of key risk factors, performance attributes and other characteristics. These include industry weightings, market capitalization and other financial characteristics of securities. The Adviser bases the quantity of holdings on a number of factors, including asset size of the Fund. The Fund is expected to hold less than the total number of securities in its Index, but reserves the right to hold as many securities as it believes necessary to achieve the Fund's investment objective. FUND MANAGEMENT: Invesco Capital Management LLC serves as the investment adviser to the Fund.
Notes: April 24, 2018 -- Invesco announced it is retiring the PowerShares brand as of June 4, 2018. The ETFs currently trading under the PowerShares name will be rebranded as Invesco Funds at https://www.invesco.com/portal/site/us/investors/home/
