Fund Description: Invesco S&P International Developed High Dividend Low Volatility ETF, formerly PowerShares S&P International Developed High Dividend Low Volatility Portfolio is an exchange-traded index fund or index ETF which is a separate portfolio of the Invesco Exchange-Traded Fund Trust II, formerly PowerShares Exchange-Traded Fund Trust II, an open-end investment management company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The Invesco S&P International Developed High Dividend Low Volatility ETF seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield, before fees and expenses, of the S&P EPAC Ex-Korea Low Volatility High Dividend Index. INDEX DESCRIPTION: The S&P EPAC Ex-Korea Low Volatility High Dividend Index is designed to measure the large- and mid-cap segment of the equity markets of economically developed countries worldwide. S&P DJI, the Index Provider, compiles, maintains and calculates the Index, which is composed of 100 securities in the Index that historically have provided high dividend yields with lower volatility. Volatility is a statistical measurement of the magnitude of up and down asset price fluctuations (increases or decreases in a stock’s price) over time. The Index Provider weights each of the constituent securities in the Underlying Index by its dividend yield, with the highest dividend-yielding securities receiving the highest weights. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted semi-annually on the last business day in January and July. FUND STRATEGY: The Fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the Index. The Fund generally invests in all of the securities comprising the Index in proportion to their weighting in the Index. FUND MANAGEMENT: Invesco Capital Management LLC serves as the investment adviser to the Fund.
Notes: April 24, 2018 -- Invesco announced it is retiring the PowerShares brand as of June 4, 2018. The ETFs currently trading under the PowerShares name will be rebranded as Invesco Funds at https://www.invesco.com/portal/site/us/investors/home/
