Business: Gasco Energy, Inc. is an independent oil and gas company focused on building shareholder value through the development of large natural gas deposits in the U.S. Rocky Mountain region and on exploratory oil plays in the San Joaquin Basin in California. Focused primarily on Utah's Uinta Basin, Gasco targets multiple, tight-gas sands and shales that are regionally extensive across its leasehold. Gasco's SEC-defined proved reserves at year-end 2012 were approximately 14.1 billion cubic feet of natural gas equivalent, comprised 84% of natural gas and 100% of the quantities are proved developed. The Company operates over 130 producing wells in their core Riverbend Project in the Uinta Basin.

(NYSE MKT: GSX) today announced that its common stock will begin trading on the OTCQB Marketplace under the ticker symbol GSXN commencing tomorrow, April 26, 2013. As of that date, investors and other interested parties will be able to view the Real Time Level II stock quotes for Gasco. The move to the OTCQB Marketplace does not change Gasco's reporting obligations with the Securities and Exchange Commission under applicable securities laws. Accordingly, Gasco expects to continue to file Annual Reports on Form 10-K, Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q and Current Reports on Form 8-K.
