Business: GeoPetro Resources Co. is the exploration and the development of oil and natural gas reserves on a worldwide basis. They currently have projects in the United States, Canada and Indonesia. The projects encompass approximately 247,218 gross (33,302 net) acres consisting of mineral leases, production sharing contracts and exploration permits that give them the right to explore for, develop and produce crude oil and natural gas. They have developed a proven cash-flow generating property in their Madisonville Project in Texas which they operate. Elsewhere, they have assembled a geographically diversified portfolio of exploratory and appraisal prospects which they believe have the potential for oil and natural gas reserves.
