Business: iPath Series B Bloomberg Natural Gas Total Return Subindex ETN (Exchange Traded Notes), linked to the Bloomberg Natural Gas Subindex Total Return, are due on 3/5/2037, and are senior unsecured debt securities issued by Barclays Bank plc that do not offer principal protection. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The investment performance of these ETNs are linked to the performance of the Bloomberg Natural Gas Subindex Total Return less the investor fee. INDEX DESCRIPTION: The Index is a sub-index of the BCOM Index (the “Commodity Index”) and reflects the excess returns that are potentially available through an unleveraged investment in the futures contracts comprising the Index, plus the Treasury Bill rate of interest that could be earned on funds committed to the trading of the underlying futures contracts. The BCOM Index is an index on a basket of futures contracts on physical commodities and is designed to be a benchmark for commodities as an asset class. On July 1, 2014, UBS Securities LLC (collectively with its affiliates, “UBS”) entered into a Commodity Index License Agreement with Bloomberg Finance L.P. (collectively with its affiliates “Bloomberg” and together with UBS, the “Index Sponsors”), whereby UBS has engaged Bloomberg’s services for calculation, publication, administration and marketing of the Bloomberg Commodity Indexes. RETURNS AND MATURITY: The ETNs do not pay any interest during their term. The return on the ETNs are directly linked to the performance of the Index. At maturity or upon early redemption you will receive a cash payment equal to the principal amount of your Securities times the index factor on the final valuation date times the fee factor on the final valuation date. If an active secondary market in the ETNs exists, it is expected that investors will purchase and sell the ETNs primarily in the secondary market. EARLY REDEMPTION: The issuer has the right to redeem the ETNs (in whole but not in part) at their sole discretion without your consent on any business day on or after the inception date. QUARTERLY PAYMENTS: None. FEES: The investor fee is equal to 0.45% per annum accrued on a daily basis. ETN CAUTIONS: Fluctuations in the market price of the ETNs versus the indicative value of the ETNs can affect the investment results. These ETNs are debt obligations of Barclays Bank plc and payments you are entitled to receive on these ETNs are subject to the ability of the issuer to pay their obligations. The tax treatment of these ETNs is uncertain and you should consult your tax advisor for specific advice.
