Fund Description: CornerCap Fundametrics Large-Cap ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund or Actively Managed ETF which is a separate investment portfolio of the Trust for Advised Portfolios, an open-end investment management company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The CornerCap Fundametrics Large-Cap ETF seeks long-term capital appreciation. The Fund is an actively managed ETF and thus does not seek to replicate the performance of a specific index. Rather, the Adviser has discretion on a daily basis to actively manage the Fund’s portfolio in accordance with the Fund’s investment objective. FUND STRATEGY: The Fund invests primarily in equity securities listed on a U.S. exchange based on the results of a proprietary, quantitative research system called Fundametrics. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in the securities of large-capitalization companies. The Adviser defines large-capitalization companies to be those companies with market capitalizations within the range of the Russell 1000 Index at the time of purchase Fundametrics evaluates all stocks in the Fund’s investible universe with respect to over 120 fundamental factors. Fundametrics groups companies with similar characteristics into custom peer groups. Each peer group is evaluated with respect to over 120 fundamental factors across all major styles (value, growth, growth at a reasonable price, price momentum, quality, risk) to find the optimized risk adjusted mix.
