The Company anticipates that its common stock will cease trading under the ticker symbol "SPU" and will begin trading under the ticker symbol "FTFT" as of June 12, 2017. In connection with the name change, the Company's common stock will continue to trade onthe Nasdaq Exchange and has been assigned a new CUSIP number of 36117V 105 ________________ March 16, 2016 -- SkyPeople Fruit Juice, Inc. (SPU) will effect a one-for-eight (1-8) reverse split of its common stock. The CUSIP number will change to 83086T307.
