Business: Farmmi, Inc. is a supplier of agricultural products. The Company is currently focused on processing and selling edible fungi, mainly Shiitake, Mu Er mushrooms and other agricultural products such as tea. The Company does not grow fungi but instead purchases dried edible fungi from third party suppliers, mainly from family farms, and two co-operatives representing family farms. Farmmi processes and package all of its edible fungi products at its own processing plants. For other agricultural products, such as tea, it is purchase them from third-party suppliers and sell these products at its online store.
