Fund Description: Invesco S&P SmallCap 600® Equal Weight ETF, formerly PowerShares S&P SmallCap 600 Equal Weight Portfolio, formerly Guggenheim S&P Small Cap 600 Equal Weight ETF, formerly Guggenheim Russell 2000 Equal Weight ETF, formerly Rydex Russell 2000 Equal Weight ETF, is an exchange-traded index fund or Index ETF which is a separate investment portfolio of the Invesco Exchange-Traded Fund Trust, formerly PowerShares Exchange-Traded Fund Trust, formerly Rydex ETF Trust, an open-end investment management company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The Invesco S&P SmallCap 600® Equal Weight ETF seeks to correspond as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, to the price and yield performance of the S&P Small Cap 600 Equal Weight Index, formerly Russell 2000 Equal Weight Index. INDEX DESCRIPTION: The S&P Small Cap 600 Equal Weight Index provides exposure to U.S. small-sized companies by equally weighting the holdings of the S&P SmallCap 600 Index. The Index is distinct from the large-cap S&P 500 Index and the S&P Midcap 400 Index, meaning it has no overlapping holdings with these indices. It is rebalanced quarterly. FUND STRATEGY: The Fund uses a passive management strategy, known as replication, to track the performance of the Index. Replication refers to investing in substantially all of the securities in the Index in approximately the same proportions as in the Index. Under normal circumstances, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in the equity securities included in the Index. The Advisor expects that, over time, if the Fund has sufficient assets, the correlation between the Fund's performance, before fees and expenses, and that of the Index will be 95% or better. A figure of 100% would indicate perfect correlation. The Fund is non-diversified and, therefore, may invest a greater percentage of its assets in a particular issuer in comparison to a diversified fund. FUND MANAGEMENT: Invesco Capital Management LLC serves as the investment adviser to the Fund.
