Fund Description: Eaton Vance California Municipal Bond Fund, formerly the Eaton Vance Insured California Municipal Bond Fund, is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide current income exempt from federal income tax, including alternative minimum tax, and California personal income tax. This income will be earned by investing primarily in high grade California municipal obligations that are insured as to the timely payment of principal and interest and are not subject to alternative minimum tax. The Fund's investment adviser is Eaton Vance Management.
